Subject: Patrick is a good man!
I love to watch Patrick's YouTube page. He always has some good ideas and he is a very interesting guy.Patrick loves his craft and he joyfully gives away his musical knowledge. He is truly a mountain of good works!
I don't necessarily agree with the one guitar thing. I play several kinds of music and have multiple instruments. including three electric guitars, a bass, lap steel, 2 acoustics, a banjo, mountain dulcimer, mandolin and a keyboard.I have had most of these instruments for a good while. I don't seem to have a problem picking them up and playing them after a few weeks. I do keep all my instruments in good working order (its a labor of love). None of my instruments are top of the line. I buy most of them used and do some good set up work on them. The most I have payed for a guitar was $300.

Subject: Patrick Costello is a cool cat
Wow that really surprised me in a very pleasant way. I didn't think I'd sit here and watch all four of these videos in a row. It was as much because it was like having a friend over for a few hours as the really awesome and straightforward and de-mystifying lessons. I have been playing for years yet I learned so much from watching and listening to Patrick. Thanks man, I am off to howandtao JJ

I have finally found a method of instruction that works for me THANK YOU

It would be helpful if I could have these videos for folk guitar as well as frailing banjo on DVD discs that I could use without having to be online

are such available? please send me ordering info if they are

I'm french, but I have downloaded all the videos. It's very good, easy to understand, and funny too. patrick looks like a passionate, and he's a good teacher wich give the desire to pratice the guitar.

But I haven't found the lyrics of the songs, where are they ? May I have the link for ? Thanks very much.
